 Fall Recreational Soccer Program

OUSC offers three different programs of fall soccer, dependent on the age of the players.  Our Super Mod program is for kids in Kindergarten through 2nd grade.  The Fall Modified ("Mod") League is for teams and players U8 to U11.  For teams and players aged U12 to U19 there is an eleven-a-side league run by District 3 and District 7.

 Super Mod Program

The Super Mod program is for kids in Kindergarten thru 2nd grade.  This program is run during the fall.  Online registration is open the first week of June 2010 and closes on Sept 11, 2010.  Practices are held once a week, on Wednesday or Thursday evenings from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.  First practices will be September 15 and 16.  Games will be on Saturday mornings at 10:00am starting September 25 and continuing until October 30, 2009.  All practices and games are held at LBA Park on Morse Merryman Road in Olympia.

Two divisions are made from the pool of registrants, a kindergarten/1st grade division and a 1st/2nd grade division.  First graders choose which division to play in based on personal levels of experience and comfort.

Kindergarten/1st grade teams practice on Wednesday evenings.  1st/2nd grade teams practice Thursday evenings.  For registration and planning purposes, it is important OUSC abides by this schedule as much as possible.

OUSC can field as many Super Mod teams as it has coaches.  Virtually all OUSC coaches are parent volunteers.  No soccer experience is necessary.  Coach training specific to the Super Mod Program will be provided on September 14, 2009 at LBA Park.  If you are registering your child for this program and many of his/her friends are registering and expecting to play on the same team, it is expected one or a few of the parents from the group will volunteer to coach.  Interested?  Contact OUSC Mgr at olyunited@hotmail.com

A team t-shirt and ball are included with the $60 registration fee.
